Regulatory Hot Topics: Water, Land, and Air Issues for 2017 CONTINUED

The California Association of Sanitation Agencies is excited to walk participants through all of the significant policies making their way through state agencies in 2017, including in the State Water Board and CalRecycle. These policies have the potential to dramatically impact your NPDES permits, collection systems management, biosolids management options, and renewable energy production capabilities in the years to come. We will also take a “deep dive” into two of these issues: the impacts to collections systems from decreasing indoor water use and biosolids options in the wake of new state landfill diversion mandates.
